OS: Fedora Linux
Blender Version: 3.4

Issue: Trying to enable the addon crashes blender. I tried enabling the tissue addon that comes bundled with blender as well as the latest release from github. If I remember correctly the first time I installed the latest version, I could reach the part where the addon allows installing numba which was when the first crash happened. Would it have something to do with the issue?

Hi @EhsanC sorry for my late reply. Do you still have the issue?
Can you try to execute Blender from the console and check what type of messages do you get when it crashes?

Thanks
Alessandro

Hello @alessandro-zomparelli ! No worries.. I did a complete reinstall of Fedora and reinstalled tissue which worked as expected. But I didn't install the numba library this time because I know it would break the install again since it's happened a couple of times to me. But the base install is working normally.

Hi
It seems I have the same problem on my linuxmint with blender 3.4.1 and 3.3.1. Blender crashes when I activate the addon (0.3.57) I only get
Writing: /home/matthieu/TmpBlender/blender.crash.txt
Erreur de segmentation (core dumped)
And in the blender.crash.txt I got:

Blender 3.4.1, Commit date: 2022-12-19 17:00, Hash 55485cb379f7

bpy.data.window_managers["WinMan"].addon_search = "tissu" # Property
