Additional fields values not deleted when the reservation expires #264

How to reproduce the issue:

create an event adding one or more additional fields
create a reservation for that event, payment method "offline" (bank transfer)
either delete the reservation from the admin or let it expire
there will still be a record on the "ticket_field_value" table pointing to the expired ticket
