docs: add supporting legacy kernels into runV #1442

Ⅰ. Describe what this PR did

This PR adds docs about how to run legacy kernels in Guest OS provided by runV with PouchContainer.

It includes the background, scenarios and support on it.

However, I am still wondering if we could directly embed the video into this documents file rather than redirect to an outer link. Any ideas on this part? @zhuangqh
