Uuse default request handler for subscription hidden forever

Describe the bug
When you click on request handlers and then you click use default request handler for subscription, the menu hides, but when i want to put in custom info and i click it one more time it doesnt show. It restarted overnight.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to request handlers.
Click use default request handler for subscription (it hides)
Click use default request handler for subscription (it doesnt show)

Expected behavior
It should reappear
