Issue: Home Page: Featured Timeline tile author should have separate link from the Featured Timeline itself.

Steps:
1. Launch ChronoZoom (http://test.chronozoom.com/)
2. Click on a Featured Timeline’s author

Actual result: user goes to Featured Timeline (see attached, “tile content link.png”)

Expected result: Author indicated should have link to author profile or list of other contributions?
