Checking status updates daily and scheduler system

Currently working on a system that can manage "tasks" that are to be run at predefined intervals. Will add a check for status updates for now. Might need member data from root though.

@ivinjabraham amfoss/root#11 has been completed, can we go ahead with this? This is a high priority task right now.

@gauthamk02 was talking about moving to Mail for updates again. What was the verdict on this?

Considering that the bulk of the integration has already been done with discord it makes sense to proceed with the same for the time being.

This is something we cannot afford to delay much longer, we can swap it out for mail if we reach a consensus.
