Platform config props transformed resulting in confusing format platform argument

Okay seems this doesn't work in the way I was personally expecting, but I'll raise an issue for this and probably refactor this a bit to make platform.transforms in formatter args just be the array of strings (transform names), because this is a bit confusing for users if they want to make use of the platform config inside a formatter
