Such a flatpak is only really useful when it is auto-updating and can actually be found by the community using the builtin flatpak repo management tools.
And your flatpak seems to be the only one which seems to work. It might therefore be good to use this one on flathub.
I'm in agreement with the above. With that being said, if such is not possible because of issues regarding approval, might I suggest hosting a flatpak repo instead? Based on flatpak's documentation, it should be capable through Github Pages as long as too much bandwith is not used, something which I don't believe will be of much concern given how niche this is.

The attempt to to this officially via SoftFever/OrcaSlicer#3949 was unfortunately blocked by @SoftFever (for unknown reasons because no feedback is given by @SoftFever)
