I think replacing moment.js with day.js is super important for this project. what do you think? #539

Everybody knows Moment.js is getting old and has some issues with being mutable. Even their website suggests moving on to newer libraries. Switching to a modern date and time library is super important for keeping things smooth and efficient.

yeah i think so
if u check from the helper.date.service under the common folder
u will find that, i already did replace moment.js with the luxon
