Group Names do not display in IE

When using IE (I tried IE 11) the group name's are not visible. I tried to trouble shoot it and it looks like {{$group.name}} is not rendering in IE. However if you switch to the ng-bind syntax it seems to work.

what do you mean ng-bind syntax can you post an example.

You can look at PR #329 for what I did. It was a problem in the way ui-select rendered the groups. It is not something you can fix in the way you call ui-select.
