on running cli command ng serve i can not detect changes on browser #8774

On running cli command ng serve i can not detect changes on browser

NPM - 4.2.0
NODE - v7.10.1

By this ng -v i get -

Thanks for reporting this issue. However, this issue is a duplicate of an existing issue #1610. Please subscribe to that issue for future updates.
