feat: add diffpanel on diff component

DIFF组件增加变更详情面板 & 支持外部自定义渲染该变更面板

Motivation and Context

使用组件过程需要面板去承载内部变更的详情结果，目前无透出接口。
同时支持面板的自定义渲染props 传入
完善diff 组件的readme.md文档

Types of changes
