Include field name in Parquet PrimitiveTypeBuilder error messages

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.

I am getting this error when attempting to write a Parquet file:

Cannot represent FIXED_LEN_BYTE_ARRAY as DECIMAL with length 3 and precision 7.

It would be convenient if the error included the name of the field causing this error. The field name is available at this point in the code.
