[VL] Keep function support progress up to date

With #8739 enabling more Spark SQL test queries and #8798 logging expression fallback reasons, we can filter out all fallback expressions by analyzing the logs from GluteSQLQueryTestSuite and automatically generate a list of supported functions to keep the function documentation up to date.
