[CH][DOC]Fix CMake Debug Configuration

What changes were proposed in this pull request?

When executing "Build libchd.so with Debug Mode", the following exception occurred as shown in the image below.

How was this patch tested?

• Just docs, not need add UT
• The execution result after changing the cmake options.
