Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For convenience, we could add helper objects and related methods in the GraphAr Spark library, for loading the info classes (GraphInfo, VertexInfo and EdgeInfo) from existing files.

Describe the solution you'd like
Refer to the design and implementation of "load()" functions in the GraphAr C++ library (https://graphscope.github.io/graphar-docs/api-reference.html#graph-info).
