During an Apache KIE release, the release jobs hosted at https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/KIE/job/kie-tools/job/main/job/release/ should be duplicated to the new development stream (E.g., 10.1.x). The current organization is not 100% aligned with the scripts hosted at kie-tools@main. This issue's goal is to make sure we can run the release-dry-run and release-candidate jobs successfully.
