[Bug] No username and password when configuring hive.

What happened

Follow the newest doc at Apache Inlong official site. No place to enter username and password when configuraing hive.

What you expected to happen

Able to enter username and password.

How to reproduce

Enter the console of Apache Inlong. Add a new hive data node.
