Writing a Apache Camel component for OpenDAL

Motivation -

1. Verify the Java binding works properly.
2. Extend Camel framework to support read (consume) and write (produce) data to more storage services (endpoints) supported by OpenDAL while there is no dedicated Camel components yet.
3. If the OpenDAL component works well, we may replace existing components like S3 and so on to reduce Camel's maintenance overhead.

This is highly possibly to be a project outside the main repo and I'm going to prototype it in my personal repo first. So log here for visibility and open for comment.

Will camel be interested in maintaining this module at upstream repo if it works well?

They once maintained a JClouds component so I think it's possible, while generally such third-party integration is relied on the downstream maintainers instead of upstream's - just how JClouds component gets removed when they don't have maintainers.
