What changes were proposed in this pull request?

It is similar to Hive silent mode, just show the query result. see: Hive LanguageManual+Cli and the implementation of Hive silent mode.

This PR set the Logger level to WARN to get similar result.

How was this patch tested?

manual tests

manual test spark sql silent mode

Test build #75297 has finished for PR 17449 at commit a6e8f5a.

  • This patch passes all tests.
  • This patch merges cleanly.
  • This patch adds no public classes.

It seems reasonable to me, if we already support the flag, even. It's unfortunate we have to call log4j directly but I don't know of a way around that.
