Redis changed license to SSPL starting with V7.4 - any plan to remove redis or replace it as "standard cache" solution?

Redis changed the license starting with V7.4 to a SSPL license.
Is there any plan to remove dependencies or to switch to something else as standard caching system?

As result you are not allowed to run anymore a standalone redis in your K8s without license (as far as I understood) - or you need to use a hosted solution by provider (as example AWS redis as a service).

As far as I have seen I can use the Metastore Cache (https://superset.apache.org/docs/installation/cache/) - still there it is mentioned to try to avoid using this and use an external cache ("redis")
