I went over each PR that was part of v3 release, but no changes seem to be relevant to the increase of timeouts.

@bdrhn9 would it be possible to re-deploy the v2.3.2 for testnets to see if the timeouts are really caused by this release?

The reason was performance issues in Airseeker.
