[Bug]: Existing git connected app with rest api queries - data source config addition into git repo is not handled by auto-commit.

Description

When I check an existing git connected app with rest api queries, uncommitted changes for the apis are seen, and those cannot be discarded and pulled. User is forced to commit them manually.
Expected behavior: since this change was introduced to handle the datasource configuration url issue, this is a change that should get committed and should be handled by auto-commit

Steps To Reproduce

Go to an existing git connected application with apis
Note that there are uncommitted changes shown though there were no changes done
User cannot discard and pull those changes
He is forced to commit the changes
This should ideally be taken care of by auto-commit
