Provide an additional sample stack, one that is executable by appsody

The current sample stack is a scaffold, but is not executable by appsody. For some developers that's a good starting point, but for others they prefer being able to:

1. Copy and rename an executable sample stack into, say, experimental
2. Use the ci build scripts to build this new stack
3. Do an 'appsody run' on this new stack - make sure their environment is all working
4. Start modifying their new stack variable, by, variable.

After discussions, we decoded that it makes sense to add a seconds sample stack to the samples that can provide this way of working.
