Please avoid force-pushing to master #234

We sometimes have our podfile pointed at master (when we need an unreleased bugfix for example). When you force push to master, it becomes impossible to maintain the consistent version of Typhoon for our app.

Please consider keeping master clean and doing your force-pushing on branches. Thanks!
