We went ahead and set up a StackOverflow space. . lets see how that goes for a few weeks and then revisit.

Just subscribed to the tag on StackOverflow - doesn't look like there has been much activity there, but a good idea certainly, for questions that don't belong in issues.

I think its a good place for general usage questions, once we get a bit bigger.
