Unable to start Arduino IDE 1.8.19.0.
When starting arduino_debug.exe - it sticks at Starting...
Since Log4J is removed, i cannot get any better logs.
Here is a MS NetworkMonitor log
It seems like the IDE needs internet access to a certain Amazon webserver? And TLS seems to fail on this connection.

It seems like the problem is that processing or Arduino somehow is trying to access \server.a.domain..net\USER$
Since that takes hours to search, the Arduino application does not open.
Do anyone know why arduino is trying to open a SMB share that doesn't exist?
