Request: Button: Always show Options at top.

I'm tired of clicking the Gear to show options so I can "Mark all as Read". It should be shown by default, but I request an "Option" or Button to make them always show at the top instead of Toggling them on/off with the Gear or turning off when closing the "RSS Display Tab".
