auto detection error #20

Hi,
I used several protein sequences to do multiple sequences alignment by PRANK.

prank -d=example.fa [email protected] -protein -F

However, it's weird to report:

Warning autodetection suggests DNA but protein model forced.

Could you give me some tips?
