This includes:

  • Disallowing registering for an event with max participants reached (as well as not allowing further payments with Stripe)
  • Reporting participants and max participants to armada.nu in the /api/events call.

Related to #1214

Tasklist:

  • Add max people field
  • Add function for counting number of participants in event
  • lock event signup after max reached
  • provide max count and current signupts in api response
  • handle "full capacity" cases
