Currently the blocking of requested content for images is done by manually running the block_images.py script.
This could be easily automated:

When a new blocking request is received and/or whenever a new collection is indexed and/or periodically
We also talked about adapting the script to not use the google sheets api, instead use the data that ansible extracts from the google sheet. Since the automation will likely use ansible it makes sense to simplify the script in the process to use that data instead.
