CompletePage doesn't work on development

When trying to CompletePage any page on dev.arquivo.pt the following happens:

This happens with every archived page on dev.arquivo.pt. Checking the iframe src, it links to a broken endpoint:
https://dev.arquivo.pt/noFrame/patching/record/20070823165934/http://www.beachcam.pt/meteo_previsao.php

It seems that pywb can't find the noFrame/patcing/record endpoint and tries to rewrite it into a valid endpoint, resulting in original loop. This suggests that pywb's configuration for patching on dev.arquivo.pt is broken.
