Videos larger than 10mb hang and are not converted

ClipBucket 2.6 running on Apache2/PHP Version 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.25

Videos larger than 10mb hang and are not converted

After recent PHP update longer videos (larger than 10mb) never get to the conversion line. Videos smaller than 10mb convert fine on the server. Anything larger just causes the site to hang. Everything used to work fine before the upgrade. Any idea or help, pls?
