I found builder pattern and extension NAME can't be used in newest package 0.37.3+1.3.251

When the final necessary breaking changes have made it in to combat inconsistencies and errors brought up in #727; this might take a while though. You can always use a git reference for the time being :)

The builder pattern is available under vk::StructName::builder() (returns a vk::StructNameBuilder struct) and ::NAME is available under ::name() instead.
