I wrote a simple script in javascript to automate this. Next time I am blocked on something, I will port it to shell and add it to the makefile.

I think I'm actually going to reorganize how the information is sourced. Document the purpose in doc.go in each resource package, and expect a sample TF file. Ensure the file is formatted as part of acceptance testing, then cat them all together and create an index.
