[Feature] load_yaml_dags should take a list of dag_folders

It be nice to be able to pass a list of dag folders to load_yaml_dags instead of just a single one

Use case/motivation

My project structure is complex, and uses mulitple dag folders with yaml files in each.

We're planning to release DAG Factory 0.22 on 10 January, if we get this change before, we can release as part of that.
