Since the TC32 compiler only exists for windows and linux, I was unable to build the firmware from macOS. This PR removes the TLSR build system from the Firmware folder and allows to build from a Docker debian container.
I don't think it needs to replace main branch, but it's a nice addition for building on machines that don't have the TLSR binaries available.
