Units in Readme for querytimeout, maxheapsize. #17

Thank you very much for jdbc_fdw.

Can you please add units to paragraphs like

querytimeout : The time after which a query will be terminated automatically.
This can be used for terminating hung queries.

in README file and/or wiki/Installation-instructions?
