Tag for rails to apply speed limits

Hello,

Partial feature request, I don’t know if this is possible using only server-side datapacks.
Is it possible to add a block tag or two that rails can have to be affected by an altered speed limit? I think this would be nice to have a “slower” rail with a limit and a “faster” where the speed was improved. Could be ratiometric instead.

I love this mod dearly. I can potentially look into doing a pull request for this feature as well.
