This release has some final bug fixes.

The only remaining bugs are on the UI grid column settings dropdowns in the admin dashboard which are not working properly

This version introduces benchmarking tags for forms, allowing warnings msgs to be displayed when the value is outside the limits but still allowing the values to be submitted.

This version also improves the compatibility with Post My CF7 Form plugin
