How can I change the maximum velocity limit? Even though I set it to 50 km/h, it remains at 15 km/h and does not change

Hi everyone,

I am currently using the Autoware version released at May 2, 2024 and trying to change the maximum velocity limit. Despite setting it to 50 km/h, the vehicle speed remains capped at 15 km/h. Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to fix it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

@Lkaho were you ever able to figure out how to increase the limit? Mine is currently stuck at 15km/h as well.
