Cannot get API PresignClient's logged request signing

Describe the bug
Unable to log request signature generation process with PresignClient. Note that still unable to get a signature logged with #960 change applied locally.

Version of AWS SDK for Go?
v0.30.0

Version of Go (go version)?
v1.15.5

To Reproduce (observed behavior)

	client := s3.NewFromConfig(cfg, func(o *s3.Options) {
		o.ClientLogMode |= aws.LogSigning
	})

	p := s3.NewPresignClient(client)

	req, err := p.PresignPutObject(context.TODO(),
		&s3.PutObjectInput{
			Bucket: aws.String("bucket-name"),
			Key:    aws.String("1/o-2bWeAMR/some-filename_(1).pdf"),
		},
		s3.WithPresignExpires(20*time.Minute),
	)

	log.Println(req.URL)
	log.Println(req.Method)
	log.Println(req.SignedHeader)

Expected behavior
Should log request signature components
