z integration only suggests visited paths

Expected behaviour

All paths should be suggested, whether visited by z or not. Paths not visited by z should just have a score of e.g. 0 so they just show underneath visited paths (rather than being completely hidden).

Actual behaviour

Paths are only suggested if you've already visited via z {path}.

Somewhat related to #82.

Steps to reproduce

• Install z
• Type z and notice that no paths are suggested
• z to a directory (e.g. z ~/Documents)
• Notice that directory is now shown in suggestions for z

I've since delved further into this, and realised that I was looking at the autocompletion for a different z, not the z from zoxide.

I'm currently updating the zoxide spec to have something similar and will PR when it's ready 👍.

For tracking purposes, I've opened withfig/autocomplete#2300.

withfig/autocomplete#2300 has now been merged, so zoxide's z now includes paths in the cwd. Leaving this open as I may do another PR so that it works with all paths (not just cwd).

@grant0417 I've just opened withfig/autocomplete#2301 which is the strict resolution to this issue (that all folders can be suggested, not just those in cwd), but I've got an issue which I need help debugging (detailed on the PR).
