"Shell Integrations" still showing the red cross icon

• I ran cw doctor in the affected command line session and it didn't resolve my issue
• I ran cw restart and it didn't resolve my issue
• I searched the discussions in this repo and there are no duplicates of my issue

Expected behaviour

Red cross disappear or "Install" button working

Actual behaviour

Everything works normally but the red icon is still appearing. When I click to the "Install" button nothing happen.

Can you run cw integrations install dotfiles and see if this fixes the issue?

Apparently yes. It completes the line in iTerm and VSCode. I was just worried that something might have been installed incorrectly or that I'm not getting all the available features.

Can you right click the page and click "Inspect Element" then go to "Console" at the top and then press "Command+R" and see if there are any errors?

Okay, well if it is working in the terminal then you should be fine, the dashboard can sometime have a slightly different environment from the terminal which can lead to inaccurately displaying there are issues.

The one action on our side here is to add an error message so you can see what the actual issue is.
