autocompletion not working

• I ran q doctor in the affected command line session and it didn't resolve my issue
• I ran q restart and it didn't resolve my issue
• I searched the discussions in this repo and there are no duplicates of my issue

Expected behaviour

Auto completion should be working after removing zsh autocompletion, but it hasn't worked as it supposed to be.

Actual behaviour

I removed the plug-in called "zsh-autocompletion" in zshrc but auto-completion still hasn't been not popped up.
