Support Rio terminal

Expected behaviour

Expected CodeWhisperer CLI to work with Rio terminal. Rio is a fast, 24-bit color, multiplatform terminal.

Actual behaviour

✘ Terminal support: Unsupported terminal, if you believe this is a mistake or would like to see support for your terminal, run cw issue

Thanks for creating this @Todomir. We will investigate. Doesn't look too bad to do but admittedly isn't our #1 priority.

@grant0417 does it look like we can easily support this?
