Compile Time Problem related to this docker image now fixed

In the past time, I use https://github.com/phusion/baseimage-docker as base image, but there seems to be some compile time issue with this. A common project takes about 15s in overleaf CE, however, it takes 1min+ in my overleaf pro image.

Now, I use ubuntu:22.04 as base image, after test, everthing works well now.
