BUG: the laptop mockup is covering the text

Bug Summary

upon clicking the language option, the laptop mockup covers the text.

Steps to Reproduce

go to the website

1. click on language option
2. close the drop down menu
3. you'll see the error yourself.

Expected Behavior

the mockup should not move from it's place.
