Problem/Motivation

Discovered when testing 2.8 RC1

Describe the bug

Full screen editor button in CKE4 is missing from CKE5. Known issue - see links below. Button in CKE4 looks like:

Proposed resolution

Add back in the full screen editor button. Web Analysts feel that this can wait for an official fix.
