[Feature Request] Search tags in Library

Why/User Benefit/User Problem

Currently have several manga in my library but depending on my mood, I want to read different genres. The search in the library only searches the title and does not retrieve any results that only have the term in the tag and not the title. I only use EXH so not sure if this is a problem just with EXH or not.

What/Requirements

If I search in the Library, I would tags to be returned in the results.
